Right of Withdrawal

- Returns must include the product in its original packaging within 10 days of withdrawal notification.
- Refunds, including shipping costs, will be processed within 30 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchanges
Within 10 days of receipt, customers can request product exchanges for other items (additional costs may apply). The company reserves the right to accept or decline such requests. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
